fonts.
For me, the font Futura is the only way to go. I have been using it ever since I knew how to pick a font. In high school, I used to take a cinema elective, and anytime I would create a film, any subtitles, title screens, or credits were usually always in Futura. There is something about the simplicity and modernity of Futura that makes it so timeless. Additionally, since it is a simple font, it doesn't take away from the more expressive parts of my website or whatever the project may be. Sometimes, fun fonts can be overwhelming, maybe like they are doing the job for you. Although some may think that not many fonts go with Futura, to me, I feel as if all fonts go with Futura since it is so minimalistic. I really like the way Futura looks with Baskerville. Included are some websites that use the font Futura and mix it with other things. These all gave me inspiration, but for the way I want my website to look, I'm sticking with one font rather than a font group. As for colors, I'm using muted rainbow. I really like the color purple, so I wanted to include purple in the accents of my website. Hover and clicks are always a nice shade of muted dark lavender, or what they call Chinese violet in Pantone.
